Job Duties:
1. Coordinate, Plan, and execute various types of events, including album launches, music festivals, concerts, and promotional tours.
2. Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote events and attract target audiences and to maximize event visibility and attendance.
3. Manage event budgets, including cost estimation, allocation of resources, expenses for venue rentals, equipment, marketing materials, and artist fees.
4. Coordinate with artists and their teams to ensure their participation in events, including scheduling appearances, performances, and interviews.
5. Identify and secure sponsorship opportunities and partnerships with brands, venues to enhance event visibility and reach. Build and maintain relationships with sponsors and partners to enhance event offerings.
6. Coordinate logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual setup, stage set up, transportation, accommodations, registration, and security.
7. Conduct post-event evaluations to assess the success of marketing efforts, gather feedback from attendees, and identify areas for improvement.
8. Develop and maintain social media accounts, including managing audience reviews.
