Established in 2020, Mini Mall Storage Properties has been successfully acquiring storage facilities throughout North America with rapid expansion in the United States. As a Pricing Analyst, your responsibilities include collecting and analyzing financial data, developing and maintaining models to streamline business processes, and supporting critical revenue cycle initiatives. Strong organizational skills and adaptability to a dynamic environment are essential for success in this role.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Collect and organize analytical data related to the organization's revenue, sales, and other financial activities.
Develop and maintain financial models/applications to automate and streamline business processes and perform financial analysis.
Perform monthly revenue variance analysis and account reconciliations to ensure financial transactions are recorded accurately and timely.
Provide strategic direction in support of critical revenue cycle initiatives and goals.
Support the timely and accurate development of annual budgeting and forecasting of financial results.
Track and report on the success of various key performance indicators.
Work internally and with external service providers on portfolio pricing, rental increase analysis, and value pricing initiatives.
Work with cross-functional teams to deliver analyses, insights, and prepare performance reporting.
Assist in continuous improvement initiatives including system and business processes.
Provide ad hoc financial analysis as well as other duties as required.
WHAT WILL YOU NEED?
Undergraduate Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce.
Enrolled or willing to pursue a financial designation is an asset (CFA, CPA, etc.).
2-3 years of relevant accounting/financial analysis experience.
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Strong organization and time management skills.
Ability to adapt to constantly dynamic and growing environment.
