Opportunity
Miru is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to join our expanding team. This role is pivotal, working closely with the VP of Product and Ecosystem at the intersection of product development and supply chain expansion. The successful candidate will play a key role in advancing our innovative electrochromic window technology through strategic supplier relationships, supply chain improvements, and thorough documentation and analysis.

What you will do:
Collaborate effectively with the Engineering and R&D teams to identify and implement supply chain improvements; sharing knowledge, insights, and progress updates regularly.
Contribute to quality program development, including documentation and implementation.
Negotiate supply agreements for securing the materials and components needed for production while maintaining cost-efficiency and quality standards.
Facilitate cross-functional team meetings to drive project milestones and resolve any supply chain challenges, ensuring that all departments are aligned and that any obstacles to production or development are addressed promptly
Analyze market trends to forecast demand and adjust supply chain strategies accordingly.
Identify and evaluate new technologies and materials to enhance product capabilities and sustainability.
Work with regulatory bodies, certification agencies and consultants to obtain product certifications, ensuring that products meet all necessary standards and regulations for the markets they are entering.
Routinely report progress to various departments and stakeholders via slide decks and/or efficient meetings, maintaining transparency and keeping all parts of the organization informed of supply chain developments and their impact on the business.
You:
Have a demonstrated interest in the intersection of science, engineering and business.
Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to cross-functional teams.
Are able to comply with all of Miru corporate policies and procedures by adopting Quality Assurance and Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment policies, procedures and requirements
Have a relevant degree or diploma in Science or Engineering (with some courses in chemistry or materials science), supplemented with a business related minor or relevant experience.
Your Skills
Strong writing skills to craft clear and persuasive messages, documentation and reports.
Experience with the manufacturing of complex products, bonus if related to advanced materials or electrochromic technologies.
Strong analytical skills, with the capability to gather and interpret complex data, draw actionable conclusions, and implement changes. This is critical for problem- solving and enhancing our products and processes.
Experience working proactively and autonomously, showcasing the ability to take initiative and drive projects forward without constant supervision.
Track record of working with stakeholders, indicating a history of effective communication and collaboration with various partners, clients, and team members.
Ability to manage multiple projects on a timely basis, reflecting strong organizational and time-management skills necessary for the dynamic nature of our work.
Work Schedule and Compensation:
Ability to work full-time on-site at our Olympic Village facility.
Ability to travel and eligibility for international travel.
Salary range: $65,000 to $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
