Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Project Administrator & Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting project management activities and providing excellent customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and coordinating project activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
Maintain project documentation, such as meeting minutes, progress reports, and correspondence.
Communicate with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and address any concerns.
Ensure timely completion of projects by monitoring deadlines and milestones.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project objectives are met.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or related field.
Familiarity with building materials (drywall, steel stud, insulation)
Experience in project administration and customer service.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
