What's in it for you?
$25.65 hourly rate
Monday to Friday schedule,Training will be 8 - 4 or 9 - 5 and dedicated shift will be 10 - 6 once they are able to work independently
Full time hours 37.5 hours a week
Work mode: Hybrid: Monday - Thursday. In office on Fridays
11 months temporary mandate with possibility of extension

What will you be doing?
Attention to detail required while conversing with customers over the telephone, inputting data or recording information and executing requests
Accountable for performing after sales service support to GIC's Deposits & Payments products customers, both internal and external
Maintenance and/or application support tasks relative to GIC's Deposit and Payments products such as CIBC Business Banking, Cash Flow Management, Rapidtrans, Commercial ABM and Deposit
Receive requests via fax and ensure all requests are logged accordingly, actioned and related product databases are updated accordingly
Update the Call Tracker with detailed information regarding implementation process steps or resolution of issues
