We are currently seeking dynamic, guest experience focused Servers to join our team of dedicated wine and food enthusiasts. The successful candidate will have the ability to display a professional and engaging attitude while being able to deliver an exceptional dining experience for our guests. You would be required to work flexible shifts including days, evenings, and weekends.

Trius Winery is a Canadian winemaking pioneer that has been crafting fine VQA wines from premium grapes for over 40 years. Nestled between the Niagara Escarpment and Lake Ontario, we harvest our grapes from four Niagara-on-the-Lake appellations to create distinctive varietals that reflect our region's unique taste of place. We are looking for someone with:
• Smart Serve Certification.
• Guest/Customer service excellence focused
• Some previous experience
• Ability to work varied shifts including days, evenings, and weekends.
On your shift you will be:
• Helping create an ideal experience for our guests.
• Running food and describing the dish to the guest with great onstage demeanour
• Assisting with back duties - polishing cutlery and plates and completing daily restaurant duties
• Supporting in all phases of service (bread, water, coffee, mis en place) & following our steps of service
• Clearing and setting tables
• Assisting with setups and takedowns
