The ideal candidate will have:
Minimum of 5 years' Corporate Paralegal experience or 7 years of Corporate LAA experience
Strong technical and analytical skills with a "hands-on" work ethic
Ability to work well under pressure in a deadline orientated environment
Excellent computer skills including a proficiency in Microsoft Office

Job responsibilities include but aren't limited to:
Conducting due diligence and legal research
Preparing legal correspondence
Reviewing and monitoring regulatory guidelines and corresponding documentation
Other related duties as assigned

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

8 hour shift
