Job responsibilities include but aren't limited to:

Dealing with commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions, sales, financing, lending etc.

Liaising with clients, banks, land title office

The ideal candidate will have:

A successfully completed Paralegal certification from an accredited institution

Three years' experience working in real estate, must have some commercial real estate experience

Extremely detail-oriented with a high degree of professionalism

Excellent interpersonal, verbal and oral communication skills and the ability to act as a mentor and leader

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $80,000.00-$110,000.00 per year

8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
