Job Summary

Stutters Restorations is looking for a professionally dynamic individual with a charismatic personality to join and assist our growing organization. As the first point of contact with our valued clients, this position requires passion and energy while striving to provide great customer service. Job Duties

Act as the first point of contact for telephone or walk in inquires, client, and staff.
Sets up emergency files and allocates Project Manager.
Provides data entry and administration support.
Receives payment for services provided.
Arranges for general office mailing and courier service.
Provide centralized support for all office locations.

Requirements

Two or more years related experience.
Proficient computer skills with knowledge of databases and Microsoft Office programs.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Strong work ethic and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and willingness to help.

Salary: $45,000 - $46,800 per year
