Procurement Analyst

55-60K salary with benefits and room for advancement

Responsibilities

Sourcing, researching and negotiating with suppliers

Analyzing profit margins, freight costs, industry pricing standards and providing cost savings solutions

Monitoring and assessing inventory levels, sales history, buying trends and ensuring stock availability

Trending, forecasting and planning

Conducting market research and staying tuned in to the competitive landscape

Reporting, documentation and data analysis

Developing SOP's and ensuring database pricing accuracy and consistency

Qualifications

Post secondary education in Business, Finance or Supply Chain

2 years of experience in distribution environment

Strong communication, relationship building and negotiation skills

Excellent computer proficiency with MS office

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
