Drug and Alcohol Tester (Part Time) - Saint John

We are seeking a Drug and Alcohol Tester to become an important member of our team. This position plays an important role in the overall success of the organization and requires professionalism, accuracy and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a D&A Texter, you will be providing high-quality services at our clinic.

Your role

As a Drug and Alcohol Tester you will:

Conduct Drug & Alcohol Testing
Answer incoming calls/emails
Greet clients at reception desk
Answer inquiries from referral sources, clients etc. with regards to CBI services
Schedule appointments for clients
Process payments of various forms (extended health benefits online, direct payments such as cash, debit, etc.
Work/manage accounts receivables
Purchase office supplies and equipment
Data entry
Complete reporting in excel
Other general administrative duties as required

What you will need to be successful

Have a post-secondary education in medical office / business administration
Bring 2 to 3 years' experience in a reception or customer service role
Have strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and a publishing program (e.g., Microsoft Publisher)
Have a professional customer service attitude
Have a creative approach with a can-do attitude
Have effective problem solving skills
