Director of Sales Operations at BairesDev
We are looking for a Director of Sales Operations to join our team and help drive our growth. This professional will be responsible for leading the Sales Operations team, overseeing a smooth, effective leads process and lead assignment, with the goal to improve the effectiveness of the sales flow.
What You'll Do:
- Manage the Sales Operations team to provide high-quality work with high productivity.
- Oversee the lead qualification and assignment process to ensure that Sales reps receive the leads on time and with complete information.
- Strategic oversight of the operations, with an understanding of data and metrics.
- Be a hands-on leader, working closely with the team and proactively detecting areas of improvement.
- Work closely with other departments (Sales, Product, Marketing, lead generation managers) to improve processes and implement efficiencies.
Here's what we are looking for:
- 3+ years of relevant experience in Sales Operations or related roles.
- 5+ years of people management experience.
- Past experience in IT or Software development companies.
- Strategic thinking, oriented to defining and implementing processes.
- Dynamic problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in an ever-changing environment.
- Detail-oriented and deadline-driven.
- Advanced English level, both oral and written.
Desirable
- Bachelor Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science.
- Experience managing geographically distributed and remote teams.
