As an ICI Superintendent, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing new build commercial projects, ensuring they are completed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. With at least 5 years of experience working for a General Contractor, your expertise will drive the successful execution of projects across the GTA and occasionally across Ontario.
What You Will Do:- Lead on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to facilitate seamless project execution.
- Implement and enforce strict safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment for all personnel.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues, implementing corrective measures as needed.
- Communicate effectively with project teams, providing clear direction and support to achieve project objectives.
- Travel as required to project sites across the GTA and occasionally across Ontario, overseeing construction activities and ensuring project milestones are met.

Requirements:- Minimum 5 years of experience working as a Superintendent for a General Contractor.
- Proven track record of successfully managing new build commercial projects, preferably in the gym, restaurant, and commercial retail sectors.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, codes, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Willingness to travel and work on projects across the GTA and occasionally across Ontario.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
