Managing operations of the finance and accounting team

Prepare all financial statements and present to senior leadership and board of directors

Ensure financial systems and processes are improving when necessary

Provide strategic insight to management for decision making

Monitor internal controls and ensure compliance across regulatory reporting and auditing process

Collaborate with internal and external auditors

Handles direct and indirect tax filings and ensures regulations are met

CPA Designation

BA in Finance or a related field is required (MBA preferred)

8 + year's of experience in Accounting and Finance

Financial reporting and consolidation experience

Strong Knowledge and experience in adhering to US GAAP and SOX

Ability to manage all operations relating to accounting duties

Excellent Microsoft Suite Skills

Preferred experience in Oracle
