Creatively orchestrate and expedite loan closings on real estate investment transactions

Work with borrowers, brokers, underwriters and lawyers when reviewing all transactions

Draft all financial terms while complete all underwriting terms

Draft and review loan memos for credit committee review and approval

Review all property financial statements and reports, inspection of properties and interview borrowers

Professional Designation or MBA is preferred

7-10 year's of experience within commercial real estate is preferred

Excellent knowledge and understanding of underwriting discipline and pricing models

Knowledge of policy contracts, statutory constraints, risk sources while strategically drafting loans and completely transactions

Ability to think outside of the box when expediting loan closings
