In this role, you support clients in all the events of their lives to achieve their financial goals and you build long-term relationships of trust. Here is an opportunity to join the Richard-Ste-Marie-Roux-Roy team.

Your role:
  • Carry out instructions for deposits, withdrawals, transfers and currency conversions on all investment accounts and ensure rigorous monitoring
  • Analyze and monitor individual securities, exchange-traded funds, investment funds and any other securities that may be included in investment portfolios
  • Ensure compliance of instructions received in accordance with established procedures
  • Support managers in preparing proposals for new clients
  • Contribute to the preparation of the bimonthly meetings of the investment committee
  • Attend various meetings with different partners both internally and externally and maintain excellent relationships with them
Prerequisites:
  • Hold the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation or be in the process of obtaining it
  • Completed university degree in finance (or field related to the sector of activity)
  • Valid Securities Course (CSC) and Standards of Conduct Manual Course are essential
  • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of the Crésus 8+ application, an asset
  • Propensity to provide fast and efficient service
  • Sense of organization and priority management
  • Spirit of synthesis, creative and agile
  • Ability to work under pressure
