A career as a Banking Associate with Private Banking 1859 at National Bank, employs a unique boutique approach in offering wealth management services and advice to a discerning high-net-worth clientele. In this role, you'll provide a comprehensive range of financial services to individuals, businesses, and public sector corporations across Canada. We strive to attract professional candidates who are dedicated to providing the highest standards of red carpet customer service. This is a hybrid position reporting to the Manager of Client Services, Private Banking 1859.
Your job:- Support the Senior Private Banker in delivering services and ensuring administrative follow-up.
- Ensure client satisfaction and loyalty by developing personalized, trust-based relationships.
- Optimize interactions with clients and identify opportunities to make multi-product offers that meet their needs.
- Answer client questions and act as a resource person for the firm's policies, procedures, and complex products.
- Complete administrative tasks, open business and personal files and carry out various transactions on behalf of clients.
- Analyze client accounts, make follow-up calls, identify operational issues, and propose solutions.
- Coach and act as a mentor in guiding and training new or less experienced employees.
You'll be part of a passionate team that is committed to going the extra mile to serve a discerning clientele in a market with strong potential. You'll work closely with other members of the sector and report to the Manager of Customer Service, Private Banking 1859.
Prerequisites:- Three-year college diploma or academic equivalent in a related field and three years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of banking, investment, and financing products
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365
- Experience in personal and/or commercial credit an asset
- French language is an asset
