As part of your specialized team (Finance, Technology or Construction), your role involves several key responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop and retain your customers in a highly competitive environment.
  • Understand customer issues so as to help them better and offer them appropriate recruitment solutions.
  • Identify and contact talent to present opportunities, advise and evaluate for each position those who will be the best fit with the company culture and job specifications.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from making contact to administrative and financial procedures.
  • Managing and assessing applications throughout the recruitment process to guarantee a high level of satisfaction.

The role is both :

  • Strategic, because an effective recruitment policy is a major competitive advantage for companies,
  • Comprehensive, because it combines development and sustained business management to develop and retain a customer portfolio,
  • Demanding, because it requires an acute sense of service and results, as well as empathy and the ability to convince your contacts.
