The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Manage the day to day site operations for the project in conjunction with the General Super and Assistant Super
- Maintain a high level of health and safety practices on site at all times
- Coordinate, manage and schedule all sub-trades for the project
- Report project progress to key internal and external stakeholders
- All other duties as required

The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- 10+ years of experience working with established high rise CM firms and developer/builders in the Toronto market
- Experience overseeing multiple full cycle Condominium new build projects in the Toronto market valued between $50M and $150M in scope, at least 1-2 full cycle builds
- Excellent knowledge and expertise in managing building envelope construction
- Post secondary college or university education, related to engineering or construction
- GSC designation is an asset
- Strong organizational, leadership and technical software skills
