Estimation Expertise: Utilize your in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience to accurately estimate costs for commercial renovation projects.

Project Scope Analysis: Thoroughly review project specifications, drawings, and other relevant documents to determine the scope of work and project requirements.

Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed and comprehensive cost estimates for commercial renovations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to budget constraints.

Bid Proposal Development: Develop competitive and compelling bid proposals, taking into account materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs.

Vendor and Subcontractor Negotiation: Collaborate with vendors and subcontractors to negotiate favorable terms and ensure cost-effectiveness.

Project Budgeting: Work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to develop and refine project budgets, ensuring alignment with financial goals.

Project Size: Manage estimation for projects with a budget of up to $5 million, ensuring precision and attention to detail.

Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and pricing to provide accurate and competitive estimates.

Collaborative Approach: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and other estimators, to achieve project goals.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Proven track record with at least 5 years of experience in commercial renovations estimation.

Strong proficiency in construction estimation software and tools.

Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
