Adecco is currently seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to join their team remotely on a Temporary basis, with a competitive salary ranging from $25-$30 per hour. As part of this role, you will provide essential administrative support to the HR department, assist in recruitment processes, manage payroll tasks, administer employee benefits, and contribute to HR projects. This position requires proficiency in HUMI HRIS and ADP payroll systems, strong organizational and communication skills, and familiarity with Canadian employment laws.

Pay rate: $25-$30/hour.

Shifts: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining employee records and scheduling appointments.
• Assist in the recruitment process by posting job listings, screening resumes, and conducting initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition.
• Manage payroll tasks using ADP payroll system, including processing timesheets and updating employee information.
• Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment and inquiries.
• Assist with HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

Requirements:

• Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
• Proven experience in an HR administrative role, preferably in a remote setting.
• Proficiency in HUMI HRIS and ADP payroll systems.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with employment laws and regulations in Ontario and British Columbia is an advantage.
• Experience working with the US is beneficial.
