About the Opportunity

Perform the full cycle of accounts payable in a timely and accurate manner

Responsible for processing EFTs, wire transfers, and bank deposits

Correspond with vendors and assist with external/internal payment inquiries

Responsible for verifying the payment terms on the invoice and in the ERP system are the same

Any ad-hoc reports requested by management

About You

2+ years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience and exposure to general accounting

Excellent communication skills

Experience with an accounting system

Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills

Salary

$50,000 - $52,000/year
