Adecco is recruiting for an Sr. Technical Lead, fluent in Spanish & English for a 12-month contract opportunity for our client based in Mexico City, this role is fully remote. The successful candidate must be an independent consultant (incorporated).

The Sr. Technical Lead will have the following responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the development of solutions using technologies such as RESTful API in C#, Entity Framework, dependency injection (Unity container), repositories, and units of work.
• Manage code versioning using GIT and ensure good development practices in layers and objects.
• Administer development teams, providing technical guidance, leadership, and support.
• Analyze and understand project requirements to develop effective and efficient technical solutions.
• Provide application support using ITIL practices to ensure system stability and availability.
• Maintain and manage SQL databases to support developed applications and systems.
• Collaborate with cloud infrastructure teams using platforms like GCP to ensure scalability and performance of applications.
• Apply UX/UI and frontend principles to ensure optimal user experience.
• Implement PMO (Project Management Office) practices to ensure timely and budgeted project delivery.
• Utilize BI (Business Intelligence) principles to analyze data and generate reports supporting decision-making.
• Implement QA (Quality Assurance) practices to ensure the quality and reliability of developed software.
• Facilitate staff training in relevant technologies and methodologies.

The Sr. Technical Lead meet the following mandatory requirements:

• 10 years of experience in technical roles related to software development and team management.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience/knowledge in backend development using C#.
• Knowledge of microservices, Docker.
• Practical experience with Entity Framework and related technologies.
• Strong knowledge of dependency injection (Unity container), repositories, and units of work.
• Proficiency/knowledge in the use of Visual Studio and GIT.
• Proficient knowledge and practical experience with ITIL principles for application support.
• Must have experience with SQL databases.
• Must have experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for cloud infrastructure.
• Proficient knowledge and practical experience with Principles of UX/UI for frontend development.
• Proficient knowledge and practical experience with Principles of PMO (Project Management Office).
• Proficient knowledge and practical experience with Principles of BI (Business Intelligence) Principles of QA (Quality Assurance).
• Experience with Principles of training and development.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in dynamic and collaborative environments.
