About the Opportunity
General Office Management: building maintenance (including lease investigations), building security system, coordination of external contractors, pool vehicles servicing and tracking; AP invoice control; office equipment support, reception support
Corporate Events: coordination of external corporate events, internal associate celebrations, and community support activities
Communication: internal company communication
Reporting/Auditing: AP (vendors); fixed assets; vehicle maintenance (take vehicles in for servicing), ISO14001 environmental and JSOX support
About You
Post Secondary degree
0-3 years relevant experience
Demonstrated problem solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to foster and maintain relationships with an ability to work as part of a cross functional team
Demonstrates a high level of accuracy, even under pressure
Demonstrated time management and priority setting skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidential information
Salary
$51,750 - $53,475/year
