- Administrating, negotiation and management of contracts to subcontractors
- Communicating with stakeholders, employees, and clients
- Creating budget and billings within a project overseeing the administration of RFIs and Change Orders
- Maintaining relationships and communication of project with clients

10+ years progressive construction experience with General Contractors in the Greater Toronto Area. Experience in ICI specifically in ICI or Wastewater (WWTP) construction. Have project management experience with complex mechanical and electrical systems. Have led projects over $20M in the ICI Sector. Hold a post secondary diploma, specifically in engineering (P.Eng) or project management certificate (PMP). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of different construction methods, sequencing, potential problems, and time-lines. Knowledge of relevant and local construction law and building code. Strong negotiation and problem solving skills. Knowledge of MS office, project, word, excel and outlook.
