About the Opportunity

• Handle bank reconciliations
• Maintain subledger schedules (AR, AP, Fixed Assets, liabilities, prepaids and lease)
• Monitor the accounts payable and accounting mailboxes and communicate with vendor and customer requests in a timely manner
• Manage and ensure the smooth operation of all accounting and financial functions including accounts receivable, accounts payable, billing – collections, payment, and reconciliations
• Prepare month-end account reconciliations and adjusting entries
• Maintain periodic tax filings and rebate preparation
• Assist with audit

About You

• 3+ years full cycle Accounting Experience
• Intermediate Excel (pivot tables, vlookups)
• Mid to large size ERP experience

Nice to have

• Concur experience for expenses

Hourly Rate

$23 - $25/hr
