The Opportunity: Logic Executive Search and Workplace Solutions Inc. is proud to partner with Erie Shores HealthCare in the search for a Vice-President, Clinical Services. Erie Shores HealthCare is a dynamic community hospital located in Leamington, Ontario. Servicing the Leamington, Kingsville, Lakeshore, Essex, Harrow, Belle River, Amherstburg, and Wheatley communities, Erie Shores HealthCare continues to grow and adapt to the communities it serves. Erie Shores HealthCare is currently home to 72 inpatient beds and a range of patient programs and services including a 24/7 Emergency Department, Ambulatory Care and Oncology Clinic, Outpatient Diagnostic and Therapeutic Services, Laboratory Services, General Surgery, Cardiopulmonary Services, Pharmacy and Rehabilitation Services. Reporting to the President & Chief Executive Officer, the Vice-President, Clinical Services will support and champion organizational values through a culture of engagement, authenticity, and accountability, while providing day-to-day support to a team, managing multiple priorities, collaborating with stakeholders, and acting as the Executive Lead for the Accreditation Canada process.

What Youll Be Responsible For:

  • Championing the organizations values which include Collaboration, Quality, Reliability, and Kindness to influence how the organization makes decisions for patients and their families.
  • Fostering and integrating a culture that prioritizes engagement, support, authenticity, and accountability.
  • Providing support to a team of patient care and clinical managers on day-to-day operating issues while maintaining a clear focus on strategic initiatives.
  • Earning the respect and trust of internal and external stakeholders through effective collaboration and communication.
  • Demonstrating the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Participating in regional networks and committees.
  • Acting as an Executive Lead for the Accreditation Canada process.

Qualifications:

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor of Science (Nursing) with a graduate degree in relevant field.
  • 10+ years of progressive clinical hospital/healthcare leadership experience.
  • Currently registered and in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability, collaboration, and team-building skills.
  • Demonstrated success with planning, organizational leadership, management, labour relations, financial management, communication, and related skills.
  • An approachable and empathetic leader who actively listens, consults, collaborates, and mentors others.
  • Proven track record of conceptualizing and operationalizing innovative ideas.
  • Leadership approach that fosters excellence, creativity, and collaboration across disciplines.
  • Proven dedication to ongoing professional growth and education.

As a condition of employment, you are required to submit proof of COVID-19 vaccination to the Hospitals Occupational Health and Safety department.
