What will be your daily pursuit?

Pursuit is seeking a skilled ADP Workforce Now (WFN) HRIS Analyst to join our People & Culture team, as the HRIS Analyst will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our system.

Required experience:
  • Experience processing day-to-day transactions in ADP WFN platform
  • Experience building reports via Custom Reporting
  • Intermediate Excel skills

What will you do in this job?

Integrations and Day-to-day Transaction Processing:

In partnership with the Manager of HRIS and third-party partners, develop, test, and deploy integrations to other Pursuit platforms to increase accuracy and efficiency. Manage and execute daily transactions related to employee data in Workforce Now. Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Complete mass imports for larger data sets to gain efficiency of data processing. Field and respond to internal inquiries as they relate to the ADP systems and processes via Pursuit's Payroll inboxes, direct email communications, and quick Teams calls to have a high-touch experience with internal customers.

Standard Operating Procedures:

Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for ADP Workforce Now processes to ensure consistency and efficiency. Train team members on SOPs and best practices to set us all up for success and ensure data integrity is top of mind.

Issue Resolution and Troubleshooting:

Investigate and resolve issues related to ADP Workforce Now functionality, data integrity, and user inquiries. Collaborate with IT and P&C teams to address system integration issues and implement solutions.

Reporting:

Design and build custom reports using ADP Workforce Now reporting tools to meet business needs and support decision-making. Analyze data trends and provide insights to stakeholders for strategic planning and decision support. Deliver regular reporting to internal stakeholders as it relates to compliance, workforce trends, and compensation and benefits.

System Optimization and Maintenance:

Continuously evaluate ADP Workforce Now system configurations and recommend optimizations to streamline processes and improve user experience. Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and security protocols.

What skills and experience do you need for this job?
  • University degree in Management Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field preferred
  • Proven experience as an ADP Workforce Now Analyst or similar role, with expertise in payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS systems
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations
  • Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now modules and reporting tools
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and compliance
