Conducting thorough research to identify potential clients and candidates within one of the niche markets we support. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs, and providing tailored recruitment solutions. Utilizing technology and innovative tools to streamline the recruitment process and enhance efficiency. Working independently in a hybrid environment, demonstrating self-motivation and initiative. Developing and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. Providing exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, with measureable KPIs
