Responsible for all on-site construction activities on a daily basis relating to the finished project. Maintain official project log and files Supervises employees and contractors to ensure the effective execution of project plans and schedules within budget and project quality standards; effectively manages any disruptions or disputes Conduct deficiency reviews, and follow up on required corrections with various sub-trades. Keep accurate records of all defects and deficiencies in the work along with associated corrections. Hands-on correction of minor defects and deficiencies as required. Coordinate, manage and communicate with trade contractors ensuring quality of work, timely execution, and compliance with budget requirements; Resolve and manage technical, personnel and logistical problems; Maintain relationships with clients, owners and property management staff; Ensure compliance with health & safety requirements Other duties consistent with the position as reasonably determined by the person to whom you provide assistance.

A Successful Finishing Site Superintendent will have:
- Minimum of 1-3 finishing cycles on local GTA high rise projects as a Finishing Site Superintendent with reputable construction companies
- Minimum of 3 years of experience at a finishing site superintendent level
- Post Secondary education in a construction related field
- Experience with safety , building codes, and standards
- Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel and outlook
- Ability to work independently without supervision
- Proven experience in optimizing performance
