Adecco is currently seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our client's team in Brampton, ON, for a Temporary role. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing efficient customer service, managing inbound/outbound calls, processing payments, negotiating repayments, and maintaining accurate documentation. The salary for this position is $22-$25 per hour.

Pay rate: $22-$25/hour.

Location: Brampton, ON

Shifts: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage inbound/outbound calls and resolve customer inquiries.
• Collect and process customer payments, negotiate timely repayments, and provide necessary documentation.
• Educate customers on practices, procedures, and self-service options to prevent future collection activities.
• Provide feedback and recommendations for process improvements to management.
• Maintain detailed documentation of interactions and follow up with other departments to resolve issues.
• Implement strategies to drive results and meet key performance indicators.

Requirements:

• Legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; French bilingualism is an asset.
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office and Intermediate Excel.
• Creative problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and prioritize workflow.
• Previous accounts receivable and high-volume sales experience required.
• Experience with inbound dialer/call-center telecommunication solutions preferred.
• Post-secondary degree or diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated track record of excellent attendance and punctuality.
