Aerotek is currently hiring Millwrights for a well established food manufacturing company in Hamilton, ON. They are a strong and sound company that has been in business for more than 100 years and are eager to have well experienced Millwrights join their team.
Job Requirements:- 433A millwright license
- 5-7+ overall years of experience as a millwright in a manufacturing/production setting
- Experience with call out breakdowns, troubleshooting, rebuilds, and PM's
The millwrights will be working very closely with production operators, as they will be repairing mostly stainless steel conveyor systems. They will be working on the production lines and doing both mechanical and some electrical work throughout the facility.
- Area calls/ breakdowns
- Preventative/corrective maintenance
- Troubleshooting
- Overhauls
- Rebuilds and repairs
- Fabrications
- Recording findings/fixes (written and verbal)
Shift: Continental rotation
Days: 7am-7pm
Nights: 7pm-7am
Work 2/4 weekends in a month (3 on, 2 off) (2 on, 3 off) schedule format
2 weeks on days and 2 weeks on nights per month
Pay: $46-$55/hr (based on interview capabilities and overall experience level)
