Reception Manager

Russ Hill is a beautiful country style hotel based in a 19th century manor house, set in nine acres of picturesque grounds, surrounded by glorious countryside, in the charming village of Charlwood. The Russ Hill Hotel is a 189 bedroom-hotel that invites guests to dine at Rusper's Restaurant, which offers traditional classic cuisine.

As our Reception Manager you will :

• Be an experienced Hotel Reception Manager
• Be confident in providing a professional first impression for our hotel
• Manage, train and develop the front of house team so that they are aware of procedures and are able to offer a first class service to our guests
• Already be excellent at organising rotas
• Have worked with opera and or opera cloud.
