We're seeking a Digital Campaign Manager to join Context Creative, a design firm committed to excellence.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management and smooth operation of a large portfolio of digital projects, including managing digital ad campaigns, email marketing, and campaign reporting. This includes working closely with project/account management and creative teams to:

  • Develop and activate online ad campaigns on various digital advertising platforms (Google, YouTube, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Spotify)
  • Monitor campaign budgeting by optimizing advertisements on a daily basis
  • Monitor the goals and KPIs for multiple campaigns across a portfolio of clients to ensure on-time and complete delivery of campaigns
  • Develop, monitor and present dashboards and performance reports according to the established performance monitoring plan
  • Advise the Context team and clients on media strategy and advertising placements
  • Contribute to clients' media planning by providing budget estimates for new projects
  • Ensure consistency of ad specs/campaign objectives
  • Prepare interim and final campaign reports that clearly highlight campaign KPIs and recommendations
    • Deploy newsletters and e-blasts using email marketing systems
  • Report on email marketing programs performance on a weekly basis; sharing performance and insights with clients
    • Ensure all deliverables are met consistently on time, budget and above expected quality

Requirements

  • 4 to 6 years of experience in digital campaign management in a similar role (preferably in a Canadian agency)
  • Strong, demonstrated knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.)
  • Strong, demonstrated knowledge of analytical tools (Google Analytics, Supermetrics, Google Data Studio, etc.)
  • Have a deep understanding and experience working in social advertising platforms, such as Facebook and LinkedIn with certifications in: Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Google Analytics; Facebook Blueprint (optional)
  • Track record of managing substantial media budgets, including pacing, allocation and bidding strategies
  • Extreme attention to detail to ensure all marketing assets are well-built and well-tested
  • Strong, demonstrated experience in email marketing or marketing automation (1 – 2 years), managing email campaigns using leading email marketing platforms (ie: Bronto, Mailchimp, iTrac)
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, digital media, or other relevant field
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency with analyzing datasets and making data-driven decisions
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with exceptional attention to detail
