We're seeking a Shift Leader to join us at Magpie & Stump! Magpie & Stump guarantees a classic Banff experience complete with tacos, tequila and debauchery. This little piece of Mexico in the mountains serves up tacos, burritos, enchiladas and over 60 tequilas. What You Have:
- ProServe certification
- Previous serving and bartending experience
- Excellent communications skills
- Flexible schedule required
- Strong work ethic and a positive team player
- Previous supervisory experience is an asset
Shift Leader
Shift leaders ensure a smooth running of restaurant service in assistance to the GM and AGM. This includes, but is not limited to liaising with FOH & BOH teams, handling customer concerns & complaints, setting up the restaurant for a successful service by managing all FOH team members
