Your Role and How You Will Contribute

Based in Toronto and reporting to the Head of Marketing and Communications, the Manager, Marketing Communications plays a key role in shaping and delivering Kingsdale's external voice. You will support integrated campaigns, develop compelling content and ensure all communications are on brand, on time and aligned with our strategic goals. This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of capital markets, shareholder engagement and corporate reputation, where communications can shape outcomes that matter.

Requirements

Responsibilities & Key Duties

  • Develops and manages high-quality thought leadership content for multiple channels, including corporate website, newsletters, social media and stakeholder communications.
  • Supports the creation of press releases, presentation decks, visual assets and other materials that advance corporate marketing objectives and client deliverables.
  • Designs and develops sales and marketing collateral, ensuring all outputs align with brand standards, tone of voice and visual identity.
  • Delivers communications projects with precision and clarity, ensuring content aligns with business goals and resonates with target audiences.
  • Oversees ongoing media monitoring and proactively identifies opportunities for earned media exposure.
  • Serves as a key point of contact for external agencies, vendors, media partners and clients, maintaining clear, consistent and professional communication.
  • Manages multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, consistently delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
  • Contributes to the planning and execution of special projects, corporate events and other initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications & Attributes

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B communications, ideally in a fast-paced, professional services or capital markets environment.
  • Strong writing, editing and content development skills across formats and channels.
  • Experience using tools such as LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, MailChimp and Google Analytics.
  • Working knowledge of design platforms such as Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud for visual asset development.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable navigating shifting priorities and working under tight timelines.
  • Familiarity with proxy season, shareholder communications or governance-related messaging is a strong asset.
