Brannon Steel is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dedicated team. In this dynamic role, you will be instrumental in managing client relationships, preparing estimates and ensuring customer satisfaction from initial inquiry to order fulfillment.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Position Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic detailed oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our dedicated and growing sales team. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, in this dynamic and fast past role, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing customer relationships, preparing estimates, and ensuring customer satisfaction from initial inquiry to order fulfillment.
Position Overview
The inside sales representative is responsible for working with outside sales reps to identify new sales opportunities, create and build relationships with clients, negotiate sales, and collaborate with all internal departments to deliver efficient and responsive support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
· Work with outside sales and other team members to identify and develop prospective customers based on company-defined strategies and targets.
· Act as the primary point of contact on initial inquiry from prospective customers.
· Lead qualification, assembling and submitting new quotes.
· Work with outside sales and other team members to close and win new projects.
· Build on existing relationships to create more business.
Customer Support:
· Develop and strengthen relationships with new and existing customers.
· Responsible for customer orders from time of receipt to order completion through our ERP system.
· Provide support to customers regarding, billing, delivery, documentation, order status/tracking returns and other needs.
· Perform follow-up calls to maintain customer satisfaction.
Teamwork:
· Collaborate with the sales and estimating team to establish, meet or exceed defined sales targets.
· Actively participate in sales meetings, discussions and training sessions to enhance knowledge of manufacturing processes, market conditions and industry trends.
· Work with purchasing, productions, quality, shipping, and finance departments to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
Sales Reporting and Tracking:
· Maintain sales-related databases of customers, parts, processes, files and systems.
· Engage in analytical process management, and reporting activities including order and profitability reviews as required.

Requirements
· Two plus years of experience in inside sales, estimating, account managing, or a similar role, ideally in a steel processing or fabricating environment.
· Strong understanding of carbon steel products, grades and characteristics.
· Familiarity with CAD/CAM is an asset.
· Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
· Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
