Paylidify Canada is on the lookout for a Inside Sales Account Executive who has a solid track record of achievements. You Will
  • Keep yourself informed about Paylidify's diverse products and services, understanding their distinctive value proposition and how they can propel customer growth.
  • Manage and prioritize an agile sales pipeline to accelerate sales cycles.
  • Utilize Paylidify's sales enablement tools to maintain precise sales records and documentation, enabling you to consistently reach your monthly targets.
  • Embrace a solutions-oriented sales strategy that generates urgency, identifies business challenges, and offers tailored value to clients.
  • Cultivate a high-performance culture that emphasizes outcomes, motivation, and goal achievement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Administration, and Account Executives) to align sales strategies and improve the onboarding and conversion processes for new accounts.
  • Evaluate performance metrics and provide insights to the management team, presenting strategic recommendations to enhance performance and ensure you consistently meet or exceed your monthly and quarterly goals.
  • Frequently achieve and surpass your monthly sales objectives.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Job Criteria

- Must be able to work Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
