We are responding to a federal government RFP and are seeking a Business Analyst (Level 2) to support project processes, system optimization, and change management planning on federal Major Projects.

Important: This position is contingent on contract award. Only candidates who fully meet all listed requirements will be considered. You must be prepared to provide proof of education, certifications, and experience.

Requirements

Education:

• A certificate, diploma, or degree from a recognized Canadian post-secondary institution (or equivalent) in one of the following:
• Business Administration
• Business Information Systems
• Business Management
• Computer Science
• Information Systems
• Information Systems Management
• Management Information Systems

Experience:

• At least 5 years of combined experience within the last 10 years as a Business Analyst on Major Projects (valued over $10M), with responsibilities in at least two of the following:
• Project processes
• Automated/computerized systems
• Change Management
• Future capacity requirements
• Existing and future human resources
• At least 9 years of experience within the last 10 years in each of the following:
• Performing planning during various use cases, initiatives, or projects
• Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Transforming record repositories into SharePoint and using project management requirements tools (e.g., DOORS)

Certifications:

• A minimum of four (4) of the following certifications:
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Teamwork Administrator Associate
• Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist
• SharePoint 2010 Certification
• MCPD: Microsoft SharePoint 2010, Application Development
• Microsoft Certified Professional
