We are currently on the hunt for an energized, smart, well-organized, and motivated operations professional to join our Ops Team as a Sales Team Lead (on-site position). This role plays a key part in managing our flyer distribution operations in downtown Ottawa and nearby suburbs – but we're not just looking for someone to manage logistics. Full-time: 40 hours per week
Expected start: Sept 1
Contract Type: Fixed 6-week contract with potential for renewal or full-time hire
Salary: $1,000 CAD weekly + performance commissions up to $250/week (paid weekly)

As a Sales Team Lead, you'll be the link between our brand, the field team, and results. You'll manage logistics and help train Brand Ambassadors to think like sellers - ensuring that flyers aren't just handed out, but converted into customers.
