WHO DO WE SEEK?

We're looking for an experienced UX Designer to lead the complete redesign of a customer portal. This strategic project requires a strong background in user research, UX design, and the delivery of production-ready assets for development teams.

  • Conduct a thorough audit of the current portal to inventory all necessary screens.
  • Validate current user flows based on the architecture proposed last year.
  • Carry out user research (interviews, surveys, testing, data analysis).
  • Identify user needs and create personas and user journeys.
  • Design clear, detailed low-fidelity wireframes that will directly inform UI mockups and serve as a blueprint for developers during the production and delivery phases.
  • Build interactive prototypes in collaboration with the UI designer.
  • Organize and analyze usability testing sessions.
  • Collaborate closely with product, design, development, and marketing teams to embed UX into the product strategy.
  • Stay up to date on UX trends, tools, and industry best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Computer Science, or any related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in UX Design.
  • High level of autonomy
  • Proficiency in prototyping tools (Figma, etc.).
  • Strong skills in both qualitative and quantitative user research.
  • Ability to produce structured, developer-ready deliverables.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Bilingual EN-FR is an asset
