POSITION SUMMARY:This position is responsible for extensive repairs of all Carfair fiberglass parts.

- Extensive knowledge on how to troubleshoot and/or repair any problems associated with their equipment.
- Demonstrated ability to use Airless, Air-assisted, Pressure Pot spray equipment.
- Demonstrated ability to use "mil gauge" to ensure the proper amount of material is applied to the mold surface.
- Able to perform basic gun repairs on guns and equipment.
- Able to follow both verbal and/or written instructions.
- Able to use appropriate tools and air to demold parts from the mold and place them in the designated area.
- Able to comply with all safety and housekeeping rules and regulations.
- Able to visually inspect parts and mold surface for non-conformities both before and after demolding or gel coating.
- Able to use proper pressure settings to optimize catalyst mixture and control the amount of material applied to the mold surface.
- Able to determine the size of spray tip to be used on any applications.
- Able to organize workload in his/her area.
- Able to document and submit all non-conformities on a Corrective and Preventive Action Report
- Must adhere to and support all Lean and 5S initiatives.
