• Lead Customer Engagements: Own the success of professional services projects end-to-end - scoping, planning, and ensuring delivery across multiple active implementations.
• Coordinate with Engineers: Act as the operational glue between Botpress engineering and customer teams. Translate needs, unblock issues, and drive progress without bureaucracy.
• Deliver Results: Keep customers happy and productive - whether it means managing stakeholders, resolving technical questions, or making hands-on changes to unblock progress.
• Build the Function: Stand up the delivery practice from scratch - including tools, documentation, playbooks, and hiring the right people when needed.
• Drive Revenue: Establish professional services as a scalable revenue stream that supports our broader business goals.
• Feedback Loop: Capture structured insights from real-world implementations to help improve the product and inform roadmap decisions.
• Own the Experience: Be the face of Botpress during critical moments in a customer's journey. You'll often be the difference between success and churn.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in professional services, technical project delivery, or customer success for a software product
• Proven success running multiple complex customer projects at once
• Strong technical literacy - enough to discuss architecture, integrations, and AI/LLM use cases intelligently
• Experience working with engineers and product teams in high-growth or startup environments
• Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• A bias for ownership, action, and accountability - you make sure things get done
