- 2+ years of driving eCommerce revenue through paid media. You've improved conversion rates, slashed CPAs, boosted ROAS, and led the optimization of creative assets. You don't just tweak campaigns, you build strategies and scale winners.
- A conversion-focused mindset, with a deep understanding of how to guide customers from top-of-funnel curiosity to bottom-of-funnel action. You know how to position paid content that drives results, and how to adjust on the fly when it doesn't.
- Full-funnel fluency. Paid social, paid search, paid display, paid video, influencers, direct mail, you see the whole chessboard. You understand how each channel works together and make smart decisions to maximize ROAS.
- The ability to ideate, build, and brief digital campaigns from scratch, including designing measurement plans that tell the real story behind performance.
- A strategic, data-informed brain that's always scanning for leverage points. You'll collaborate with creatives to shape messaging that sticks, and you'll drive ad direction to match our audience's needs, pain points, and buying psychology.
- A habit of extracting insights from data daily. You interpret campaign metrics, identify opportunities, and confidently course-correct to improve performance fast.
- Ownership of quality assurance across ads, ad sets, and campaigns. You're the last line of defense to ensure everything is polished, functional, and on-brand before it goes live.
- A proactive approach to monitoring platform changes, tracking results weekly and quarterly, and spotting future growth opportunities before the rest of the industry does.
- The skills to troubleshoot technical hiccups in ad delivery, metadata tracking, and integration with multi-touch attribution tools. When things break, you fix them, or find someone who can.
- A robust portfolio that proves your hands-on eCommerce success. If heatmaps, UTM parameters, and Facebook CAPI setup are second nature to you, you'll feel right at home.
- A command of AdTech and martech. You're fluent in attribution (including its blind spots), remarketing, audience segmentation, and platform quirks—and can teach others the ropes in internal sessions.
