The position:

As a Parts Clerk at Trail Appliances, you will manage parts procurement, inventory, and customer inquiries, ensuring efficient service operations. This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and communication with suppliers and internal teams. What you'll be doing:

  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints, escalating unresolved issues as needed.
  • Identify, source, order, and track parts while ensuring accurate billing and timely delivery.
  • Receive, store, manage, and reallocate parts, processing returns as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, work orders, and system updates.
  • Support inventory management through counts, audits, and process improvements.

What you need to be successful:

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate inventory management.
  • Proficiency in data entry, order processing, and basic mathematical calculations.
  • Effective communication and collaboration with suppliers, colleagues, and supervisors.
  • Problem-solving ability to find alternative parts and resolve discrepancies.
  • Adaptability and time management skills to handle changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Availability:

This is a full-time position and will require you to be available:

Monday to Friday, and shifts between 6:30am to 5:00pm

Compensation:

$16.50/hr - $17.50/hr
