Advanced Data Analytics & Reporting:

  • Utilize in-depth Power BI knowledge to design, develop, and maintain complex dashboards and reports that transform raw operational, finance and sales data into actionable insights.

  • Manage and enhance barcode label software systems for inventory, production, and sales tracking.

Project & Vendor Management:

  • Lead end-to-end IT projects in manufacturing environments—from concept to implementation—addressing areas such as cloud computing, cybersecurity, and industrial automation initiatives.
  • Manage IT budgets, allocate resources, maintain vendor relationships, and evaluate emerging technologies that align with best industry practices and operational excellence.

Compliance & Best Practices:

  • Ensure IT operations align with industry standards and regulatory requirements (such as ISO 9001 for quality and ISO 14001 for environmental management) to support continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Develop and enforce robust cybersecurity and disaster recovery protocols, with special attention to integrating IT and operational technology (OT) standards.

IT Infrastructure and Security

  • Manage and maintain servers, hardware, network equipment, and building security systems to ensure a stable and secure IT environment.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor cybersecurity policies, backup, and disaster recovery protocols.

Team Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a dynamic IT team skilled in both enterprise IT and manufacturing-specific technologies.
  • Collaborate closely with other stakeholders to ensure IT initiatives effectively support sales, finance and operational needs and drive innovation.

Requirements

Education & Certifications:

  • Degree: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in IT management or a related role, ideally within a multi-disciplinary environment that includes manufacturing, sales, and finance.
  • Demonstrated management of IT infrastructure (servers, hardware, network equipment, building security) and enterprise software systems.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional IT projects and managing vendor relationships.

Technical Expertise (Mandatory):

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central:
    • In-depth knowledge of using Business Central for manufacturing operations with proven experience integrating its API for process automation.
