What do our Regional Directors do ?
The Regional Director drives change management plans, develops strategies, and deploys tactics to attain short-term and long-term financial and mission-critical operational goals. In addition, responsibilities also include coaching and training a highly efficient workforce that adheres to service standards, customer retention, and improving our overall customer experience.
Through their leadership, the Regional Director is responsible for achieving Rentokil North America's (RNA) Company goals, contribute to revenue growth, employee relations, business trends, and ensuring that company policies and standards are being met by each branch.

- Oversee and monitor progress of net APBITA across branches and sales and service operations to ensure achievement of revenue and profit plans and objectives
- Oversee development of Branch Managers (BMs) through talent assessment and development
- Monitor and actively coach all levels of district colleagues
- Ensures a cohesive, service-oriented, multidisciplinary team through recruitment and retention of qualified individuals, training and professional development of employees and ensuring performance evaluations/annual reviews are current and reflective of realistic and challenging goals and objectives.
- Manage a group of Branch, Service and Contact Centre Managers in the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of the branch.
- Coaches Operations team on the KPIs analysis and technical aspects of the organization's products and services, marketing campaigns and sales promotions, sales techniques and procedures, and standards to help achieve sales targets.
- Oversee relationships with all residential and/or commercial clients
- Resolve client disputes, complaints, and manage outstanding claims
- Ensure company programs and initiatives are delivered with excellence across branches
- Understand Rentokil's and Terminix processes, including roadmap for safety/structure/service offerings and follow all established standard operating procedures (SOPs) within the business, holding colleagues accountable to the same standards
- Lead and drive organization values through quality of service, relationships, and teamwork

- Leverage new evaluation criteria for colleague performance
- Identify opportunities to leverage new tools and metrics related to the branch efficiency, customer satisfaction and colleague development
Salary Range: $1,35,000-$1,50,000 Annually
Requirements
- Strong business acumen with an emphasis on driving sales and recurring monthly revenue
- Previous experience in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience with Profit & Loss and asset management
- Previous experience in a route-based service model
- Skill in managing and leading assigned projects - understanding of project management
methodology including the ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk, develop
detailed work plans and specifications, perform resource allocations and run team
meetings
- Skill in written and verbal communications, including public speaking, group presentation and meeting management
- Skill in organisation and time management - ability to work on multiple projects and
manage multiple project coordinators, leads and/or managers at one time
- Skill in providing clear and concise feedback, performance management and coaching
- Attention to detail and analytical skills
- Maintains relevant licences as required by federal, state or local regulations for termite/pest
control and any other business unit products and services
- Valid driver's licence in good standing
- Ability to obtain and maintain applicable certifications and licensures as needed
- Skill with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of laws, regulations, methods, and techniques in the area of specialty.
- Position may require frequent overnight travel
- Position requires being able to successfully pass a criminal background check
