In this role, you will assist in the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions within the organization. You will play a crucial part in building strong relationships with potential hires and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough research to identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Utilize recruitment software to manage candidate applications and track progress throughout the hiring process.
• Assist in internal recruiting efforts by collaborating with the recruitment team
• Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates for interviews.
• Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the company culture.
• Facilitate employee orientation sessions for new hires, ensuring they have a positive onboarding experience.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions
• Build strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.

Requirements

• Previous experience in recruitment or human resources is required;
• Bilingual (French/English)
• Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, ensuring all candidate information is accurately recorded and managed.
