The Technology Operations Analyst will play a critical role in supporting and optimizing technology operations and support across our restaurant locations and corporate head office. This role is responsible for providing Technology support services across all JOEY Restaurant Group locations.

Salary Range

$60,000 - $70,000 / year

Responsibilities

(Other duties may be assigned as required)

Technology Support & Troubleshooting:

  • Triage and provide first and second-level support for systems used across restaurants and the corporate office.
  • Perform software updates, system checks, and configuration changes to ensure system stability.
  • Monitor alerts and address potential issues to minimize disruptions.
  • Perform root cause analysis on incidents to provide insights on what is working well, what is not.
  • Participate in creating and maintaining technical documentation and end-user solutions.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and document all support interactions using the JOEY Restaurant Group ticketing systems.
  • Engage in training programs to enhance knowledge of system administration, networking, and security.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in IT support
  • Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems, Office 365, and basic networking concepts is an asset
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach to support.
  • Availability for rotational on-call duties, including evenings and weekends.
  • This is an in-office role based in Vancouver, BC.
