We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Air Cargo Load Coordinator to join our team at a camp job located in Resolute, Nunavut. This seasonal position plays a critical role in the smooth functioning of our aviation services, responsible for supporting all fuel and cargo delivery functions related to our flight operations.

The successful candidate will work closely with our Flight Operations and Dispatchers, to support overall efficiency and will ensure required loading and offloading compliance is adhered to, in support of the operational needs of the program.

Requirements

  • Coordinate with flight crews to determine weight and balance requirements for each flight.
  • Oversee the loading and unloading of cargo, primarily fuel drums, ensuring proper weight distribution and cargo security.
  • Utilize flight ramps, skid steers and/or forklifts to safely load and unload fuel drums and other cargo between aircraft.
  • Create and maintain accurate cargo manifests.
  • Monitor weather and other factors that may affect cargo loading and distribution.
  • Ensure compliance with aircraft regulations and company policies.
  • Participate in pre-flight briefings to review cargo loading plans and potential issues.
  • Transition into more of a flight ops dispatch type role, following the fuel transfer portion of the project.
  • ROC-A license is required.
  • Drivers license is required.
  • Experience in Skid Steer and forklift is required.

Salary Range
